Ise is up there with the top performers in her tier as well (well enough below West Virginia though, which is Colorado but at T6). Kearsarge is matching the likes of Musashi (literally Yamato at T9), Georgia (super speed, super accuracy, super secondaries, and super reload heal), and Missouri (radar on a BB). As many DDs live and die based on their ability to stay in stealth, this allows a hybrid's team to out-spot some of the most influential ships in the game, and sink them.Īs we can see, all of the hybrids have above average performance. They can't do it as consistently and as safely as carriers (assuming they're actually using their cannons, anyway), but if they want to find you, they will find you. Hybrids can do the sort of spotting that carriers do, but they don't take a carrier slot. Carriers and DDs are the units that are, by far, the best at doing spotting, due to being able to spot things well outside of their own detection radius. Carriers and DDs have the highest influence in the game by Wargaming's own measures. WoWs is a game that largely revolves around spotting. If there was anything I ever thought that would be practically impossible to balance, it was hybrids. We'll start with the hybrids 53.37% win rate
